ULTRABARRIER is a two-pack, 100% solids epoxy coating that offers outstanding protection against rising dampness and negative pressure within concrete.
Available in black and lightbox grey.
It is typically used as the first step before applying epoxy flooring systems, especially on damp, new, or moisture-affected concrete. ULTRABARRIER seals the slab, creates a strong bonding surface, and helps ensure long-term coating performance.
ULTRABARRIER is commonly used as part of a complete epoxy flooring system:
- Diamond grind the concrete surface
- Apply ULTRABARRIER moisture barrier
- Apply epoxy base coat
- Add flakes or metallic effects (optional)
- Seal with polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat (optional)
It can also be used as a primer and base coat for flake flooring systems in residential garages and commercial environments.
