Shipping policy


1. General

By placing an order with ProTrade Warehouse, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to stock availability. While we aim to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, stock discrepancies may occasionally occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to discuss available options, including backorder, partial shipment, substitution (if applicable), or refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product classification
  • Dangerous goods status
  • Weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Courier availability

Shipping charges are displayed and calculated automatically during checkout.

3. Delivery Estimates

The estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are provided directly by our courier network integrated with our website. The estimated timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery performance depends entirely on the courier provider, delivery location, and the nature of the products being shipped.

Dangerous goods, oversized items, and deliveries to remote areas may require additional transit time due to transport regulations and courier handling requirements.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Selected products may qualify for same-day dispatch if ordered before 12:00 PM (AEST) on business days. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Dispatch times may vary during peak periods, supplier delays, or due to stock availability.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email. Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier company.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. Dangerous Goods Shipping

Certain products sold by ProTrade Warehouse are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) and are subject to additional transport regulations.

Dangerous goods shipments may:

  • Require longer transit times
  • Be unavailable for express delivery
  • Require special courier handling
  • Be restricted to specific locations within Australia

We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods for dangerous goods orders where required by transport regulations.

7. Authority To Leave

If Authority To Leave (ATL) is selected or authorised by the customer, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once delivery has been completed by the courier.

ProTrade Warehouse is not liable for lost or stolen parcels after successful delivery confirmation.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct before completing their order.

Additional freight charges may apply for:

  • Returned shipments
  • Re-delivery attempts
  • Address corrections
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

9. Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier network disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Dangerous goods transport requirements
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Peak shipping periods
  • Industrial actions or unforeseen events

ProTrade Warehouse is not liable for delivery delays once goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.

10. Split Shipments & Backorders

If part of your order is unavailable, we may:

  • Hold the order until all items are available
  • Dispatch available items separately
  • Offer a refund for unavailable items

Our team will contact you if any stock issues arise.

11. Warehouse Pickup

Warehouse pickup may be available for selected products and locations. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.

12. International Shipping

International shipping availability varies depending on product classification and destination country.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges applicable in the destination country.

Dangerous goods products may not be eligible for international shipping.
