SikaGrout for Construction & Structural Applications

SikaGrout products are available for a range of grouting requirements, from general-purpose applications through to specialised structural and deep-pour work.

• General-purpose grouting: SikaGrout GP AU is a flowable, shrinkage-compensated cementitious grout designed for general grouting applications.
• High-strength grouting: SikaGrout 212 HP is a high-strength non-shrink grout for applications including machine baseplates, anchor bolts, bridge bearing pads and precast concrete.
• Deep-pour grouting: SikaGrout Deep Pour is designed for deep-pour applications up to 500 mm, subject to the manufacturer's requirements.
• High early strength: SikaGrout HES is formulated for applications where rapid strength development is required.
• Post-tensioning applications: SikaGrout 300 PT AU is a specialised cementitious grout designed for suitable post-tensioning applications.

Common Cementitious Grout Applications

Cementitious grouts are used across construction, maintenance and infrastructure projects for a variety of applications, including:

Surface Preparation & Grout Application

Surfaces should be sound, clean and free from contaminants that could affect the grout. Metal surfaces should also be appropriately prepared and free from rust, oil, grease and other contaminants where required.

Mixing and application procedures vary between products. Follow the manufacturer's specified water ratio, mixing method, placement procedure and curing requirements for the selected grout.
