Where are we located?

Are the costs including GST?

Yes, all our prices are inclusive of GST.

How can i download datasheets?

If datasheet is available, you can find it in product description section. If not available, you can request us one by filling form from the contact us page.

Can i return my order?

Ofcourse you can as long as the items are in original condition . Restocking fees may apply. Please see our refund policy for detail information.

Orders & Shipping

What is the shipping price and why isn't it listed?

The shipping of a product is charged at rates based on size, quantity, location and brand. We would never charge an average amount as we believe our customers should never pay more than they need to.

How do I create an account?

At the top of the page, on the footer, there is a button LOGIN , click on it and you will be redirected to login/sign up page.

Can I change my shipping address?

Shipping address will need to be confirmed prior to payment being made as order will be processed and products shipped.

How do I track the status of my order?

Tracking numbers will be provided, alternatively you may contact us for updates.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We will never keep your card numbers on file. For security we urge our customers never to provide the card details over email or other written forms. We are happy to take over the phone payments through the banking online portal where as card numbers will be securely stored on their servers.

Do you ship to any country?

Shipping is currently available Australia wide only.
