High Solids Densifier Colloidal Potassium and Lithium Silicate Sealer
Densify Lik is a high-performance colloidal blend of potassium silicate and lithium silicate, designed for the final stages of the resin polishing process. This high solids densifier provides exceptional durability and protection for concrete surfaces, ensuring a smooth and polished finish.
Suitable for both domestic and commercial applications, Densify Lik chemically bonds to the substrate, creating a robust and long-lasting seal. As a water-based densifying sealer, it offers a safer and more environmentally friendly application while delivering superior performance.
- All commercial and domestic applications.
- External or internal substrate.
- All porous concrete products which have been densified with Densify K.
It is ideal for the final preparation stages of floor polishing, providing an invisible finish that maintains the natural appearance of the concrete. Notably, it will not darken lighter colour slabs, making it an excellent choice for a variety of concrete surfaces.
Application:
- Apply when surface temperature is between 5 – 35 degrees C.
- Use a microfibre applicator to spread product evenly across the area.
- Wet the surface without leaving any pooling of the product.
- Surface must stay wet for up to 20 minutes.
- Always remove excess product after 30 minutes.
Coverage:
About 10 square metres per litre per coat depending on porosity of surface
