Before the tiles go down, the foundation has to be right. SikaTile®-010 Secure Prime is a high performance, ready-to-use primer with efflorescence inhibiting properties, engineered for both porous and dense substrates. Its unique crystalline technology penetrates deep into concrete, screeds, and renders — reducing porosity, blocking moisture migration, and stopping efflorescence before it becomes a problem.

Important Considerations
- ⚠️ Not for use as a vapour barrier or in areas of rising damp
- ⚠️ Do not dilute — use straight from the container
- ⚠️ Not suitable over existing tiles or waterproofing membranes
- ⚠️ Not suitable on plastics, metal, or glass
- ⚠️ Avoid application in high wind conditions to prevent flash setting
- ⚠️ All curing compounds and mould release agents must be fully removed before application
- ⚠️ Suitable for early-aged concrete and screeds as a tiling primer only — for waterproofing early-aged substrates, use an appropriate Sika moisture barrier as the primer
- ⚠️ If the primed area is left exposed for longer than 24 hours, wipe down and clean with water before proceeding
