Sikafloor Level PRO Finish - Self Priming Finishing & Smoothing Cement

Uses
- Applied in combination with suitable materials from Sikafloor, SikaBond, Sikadur, SikaTite & Davco ranges.
- Installed as a skim coat over internal concrete substrates, masonite underlay, or CFC sheeting prior to subsequent flooring materials.
- Can be used on walls and floors to smooth roughened/damaged concrete.

Product Information
Composition: Polymer modified cement compound
Packaging: 9kg (3x3kg) Pail - 64 per pallet
Shelf life: Unopened packaging can be stored for up to 24 months in a cool, dry, and weatherproof environment.
Storage conditions: Pails must be stored off the floor. Avoid sitting product in direct sunlight prior to application.

Application Information
Mixing ratio: 1.4 - 1.5 Litres of clean, cool water per 3kg of powder.
Consumption: 25-30m² can be reached with 3kg when applying as a skim coat over a smooth porous concrete surface. Consumption will vary depending on surface conditions.
Layer thickness: 0 - 4mm
Ambient air temperature: Minimum 10°C, Maximum 35°C
Pot Life: 10 - 15 Minutes @ 23°C. Do not mix more product than can be applied within 15 minutes.
Waiting time to overcoating: Flooring can be installed only when the surface is dry and can be worked on without damage (usually 20 – 30 minutes @ 23°C).
Important Considerations / Limitations
- Do not bond directly to timber, parquet, sponge back vinyl flooring, metal, fiberglass, plastic, or OSB panels.
- Sikafloor Level PRO Finish must not be installed over surfaces with continual movement.
- Do not use when the temperature is below 10°C.
- Do not use in exterior applications.
- Keep product cool prior to mixing and do not leave in direct sun for extended periods.
- All construction/expansion joints in existing concrete must be reflected through the Sikafloor product as soon as possible.

Substrate Quality / Pre-treatment
Concrete floors should be fully cured, structurally sound, clean, dry, and free of surface contaminates and dust for Eg. Concrete must be porous and accept water penetration. Test by lightly sprinkling water on various areas of the substrate. If water penetrates, then a good bond with Sikafloor Level PRO Finish can be achieved. If water beads and fails to be absorbed by the concrete surface contaminants are present then loss of adhesion may occur. Contaminates that are present should be mechanically removed before installation. Concrete must be free of efflorescence and not subject to hydrostatic pressure. If efflorescence or high moisture is identified, Sikafloor Moisture Barrier System may be considered (Sikafloor-158 W Fast Barrier + Sikafloor-14 Prep N Prime + Sikafloor Level Pro Finish). Masonite or CFC underlay must be mechanically fixed + adhered as per manufacturers guidelines and AS standards.
Priming:
Priming is generally not required over trowelled concrete, however very porous (mechanically prepared) surfaces should be primed with diluted Sikafloor 01 Primer before applying Sikafloor Level PRO Finish. Non-porous Surfaces: Clean thoroughly to remove all dust residue before applying Sikafloor 14 Prep N Prime to tiled/epoxy surface followed by Sikafloor Level PRO Finish. Note: Multiple coats of Sikafloor Level PRO Finish may be required with non-porous applications over Sikafloor 14 Prep N Prime
Application
Apply mixed product to the prepared surface with a flat steal trowel. While using force against the surface a thin layer is applied to seal the concrete and fill minor imperfections.
Cleaning of Equipment
Clean tools and equipment with warm water while the product is still wet.
