Pourable, Solvent-Free Epoxy Grout for Critical Applications
Sikadur-42 (au) is a 3-component, pourable, solvent-free grout based on epoxy resin and selected aggregates. It cures to form a hardened mortar with excellent adhesion to various substrates, offering high early strength and resistance to moisture and a wide range of chemicals. Its ease of application makes it ideal for high-performance grouting in critical building and civil engineering projects.

Application Instructions:
Substrate Quality: Concrete/mortar (>28 days) and steel must be clean, dry (or damp), sound, and free of contaminants. Steel should be de-rusted to Sa 2.5.
Mixing: Mix components A and B for 30-60 seconds. Add component C slowly and mix for approx. 3 minutes until uniform. Use within pot life. Let stand for 2-3 mins to release air bubbles.
Application: Use sealed forms. Pour mixed grout from one or two sides to avoid air entrapment, maintaining a liquid head. For voids > 60 mm, apply in lifts. Check adhesion after hardening.
Cleaning of Equipment: Clean uncured material with Sika Colma Cleaner. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.
