Its moisture-tolerant formulation, high mechanical strength and resistance to creep and vibration make it suitable for demanding structural and industrial applications.
Choose between Sikadur-42+ LE Warm Climate for higher-temperature applications and larger grout thicknesses, or Sikadur-42+ HE Cold Climate for lower-temperature applications and rapid early strength development.

Applications
Sikadur-42+ is designed for high-strength grouting, anchoring, precision bedding and suitable concrete repair applications, including:
- Machine bases and base plates for pumps, compressors, presses and heavy machinery.
- Starter bars, anchor bolts, tie rods, fasteners and crash barrier posts.
- Bridge bearings and structural support applications.
- Spalled concrete structures, industrial floor slabs and suitable concrete repairs.
- Filling suitable holes and voids, runways, hardstandings and car park decks.
- Interior and exterior applications where the selected product is suitable for the specified conditions.
Important: Sika identifies the spalled concrete repair use as not compliant with EN 1504-3. Confirm the required repair standard and suitability for the project before specifying the product.

Mixing and Application Information
Sikadur-42+ is supplied in pre-batched components. Correct mixing and placement are essential to achieve the specified performance.
- Mix the full pre-batched units according to the relevant Product Data Sheet.
- Do not mix Parts A and B without adding Part C as instructed, as the reaction can generate excessive heat.
- Do not thin the product with solvents.
- Prepare substrates thoroughly and remove dust, loose material, oil, grease, rust and other contaminants.
- For cementitious substrates, follow the specified moisture limits and check for rising moisture.
- Use suitable formwork and follow the manufacturer's placement and curing requirements.
