Coverage will vary depending on surface porosity and texture. For best performance, do not over spread.
Fast Seal is supplied ready for use. If improved penetration is required on the first coat, 5–10% PaveCoat Thinners may be added. Stir thoroughly before application.

Important Application Notes
- Not recommended for very steep or smooth concrete surfaces
- Will prevent surface powdering but does not increase hardness of old or damaged concrete
- Soft or unstable concrete must be treated prior to sealing
- All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and contaminants
Storage & Shelf Life
- Store in a cool, dry location
- Avoid direct sunlight and heat
- Shelf life: 24 months when stored at 25°C
