NuSlate is a solvent-based acrylic sealer developed specifically for sealing slate flooring and tiles, as well as concrete, masonry, brick, and other similar surfaces. This high-performance slate floor sealer provides excellent interior and exterior durability with superior abrasion, chemical, and water resistance.
NuSlate is suitable for sealing slate tile flooring, concrete, masonry, brick, and similar substrates where long-lasting protection is required.
All surfaces must be clean and in sound condition. Remove oil, grease, dirt, flaking paint, and contamination. Fill cracks and holes as needed. Improper preparation may lead to coating failure.
Clear viscous liquid
4 – 8 m² per litre
Equipment: For best results on slate, apply with a lambs-wool pad. Brush, roller, broom, or spray can also be used.
Touch Dry: 30 minutes at 25°C
Recoat Time: Minimum 2 hours between coats in warm weather
Curing Time: Full curing can take up to 7 days. Do not park vehicles on newly sealed surfaces for at least 7 days.
Clean Up: Clean equipment using PaveCoat Thinners
