NuCourt Fill Coat

High solids acrylic build coat developed specifically for a squeegee or brush application to hard sports surfaces. NuCourt Fill Coat is a high-solids acrylic “build coat” developed specifically for squeegee or brush application to assist with levelling surface imperfections on asphalt and concrete substrates prior to coating with the NuCourt Range of topcoat systems.

• Low VOC and water-based
• Specifically designed for hard sports surfaces
• Developed for brush or squeegee application
• Suitable for all weather conditions
• Excellent protection against bacteria and mould
• High build, smooth surface coating

Provisions:

• Suitable for surface inconsistencies LESS THAN 20mm in depth.
• NuCourt products cure very slowly, rain may affect the surface up to 5 days after application.

Coverage / Spread Rates:

3 m²/L is recommended. Actual coverage rates may vary depending on the type of substrate, texture and porosity.

Recommended Substrates:

Concrete and Asphalt surfaces.
