EPIREZ Heavy Duty Backing Grout 5137 is a non-shrink, heavy-duty epoxy grout designed for demanding industrial and structural applications. Its flowable consistency allows it to fill fine voids and cavities down to 2 mm, before hardening into a tough, impact-resistant backing.
Heavy Duty Backing Grout 5137 is particularly suited to backing crusher manganese steel liners, where it provides support to the components and protection for supporting structures. It is also suitable for machine bases, bearing supports, bridge footings and rail grouting.
The grout provides high compressive strength, excellent mechanical strength and good chemical resistance without requiring aggregate to be added. It can be used for pours from 2 mm to 50 mm, depending on the volume of the pour.
The product was previously named EPIREZ® 5137.
