EPIREZ General Purpose Epoxy Mortar Binder is a solventless epoxy binder designed for multi-purpose epoxy mortar and concrete applications where high structural integrity is required. Its low mixed viscosity, wet-surface bonding capability and fast hardening help produce high-strength epoxy mortars and concretes.
When combined with EPIREZ aggregates, the binder can be used to prepare epoxy mortars and concretes for structural repairs, concrete lining, grouting and steel-to-concrete bonding.
The cured system provides excellent adhesion, high compressive and tensile strength, and resistance to the entry and passage of water and corrosive ions. It also provides high chemical resistance and a non-shrink formulation.
EPIREZ General Purpose Epoxy Mortar Binder has been independently tested and complies with AS/NZS 4020:2018 for use with potable water.
