Crommelin Enhance WB – Durable Water Based Sealer for Concrete, Masonry, Grouts, Pavers & More

Crommelin Enhance WB is a clear, hard-wearing, water-based sealer that forms a protective, stain- and water-repellent film on low to medium porosity concrete and masonry surfaces. It enhances surface appearance while shielding against water damage, airborne pollutants, and biological growth such as fungi, algae, and lichens.

Features

• Provides low to moderate surface colour enhancement with a durable, hard-wearing film.
• Highly water-repellent, stain-resistant, and UV stable (non-yellowing).
• Resists algae, fungi, lichens, and airborne pollutant damage.
• Complies with AS2311 Paint Reference Number B15A – Guide to the Painting of Buildings.
• Excellent adhesion for interior and exterior applications.
• Available in low sheen to gloss finish.
• Not suitable for vehicular traffic areas.

Suitable Surfaces & Substrates

• Concrete, cementitious substrates, compressed cement sheets, fibre cement sheeting, and renders.
• Paving materials including concrete blocks, stencilled concrete, exposed aggregate, honed concrete, and patterned concrete.
• Natural and reconstituted stone, reconstituted limestone, and masonry surfaces.
• Cement-based grout, pavers, and prefabricated concrete.
