Chemforce Oxitec-M™ is a professional-grade oxygen-powered exterior cleaner designed to remove mould, organic stains, pollution build-up and general grime from porous building materials. The ready-to-use formula penetrates deep into the pores of concrete, natural stone and masonry surfaces to break down contamination without the harsh smell or damage associated with chlorine-based cleaners.

Using advanced oxygen cleaning technology, Oxitec-M lifts and suspends dirt through a controlled foaming action, allowing contaminants to be easily rinsed away. Its mildly alkaline chemistry is safe for delicate mineral surfaces while still delivering powerful cleaning performance.

This makes Oxitec-M a reliable solution for driveway cleaning, patio restoration, outdoor tile cleaning and concrete surface maintenance.

For heavily contaminated surfaces, Oxitec-M can be used as the first step before applying specialised Chemforce restoration systems such as Chemforce mould treatments, stone cleaners or concrete protection coatings.

How to Use

1. Always test the cleaner on a small inconspicuous area first.
2. Pre-wet extremely porous surfaces with clean water.
3. Apply undiluted Oxitec-M using a pump sprayer, watering can or similar applicator.
4. Allow approximately 10 minutes dwell time.
5. Agitate with a stiff brush, deck scrubber or scrubbing pad.
6. Repeat scrubbing if necessary for heavy contamination.
7. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. A high-pressure hose or pressure washer will improve results.
8. Final brightening results may continue to develop within 24 hours as the surface dries.

Do not return unused product to the original container.

1 – 1.5 m² per litre, depending on surface porosity and contamination level.
