Asbestos Sealer is a high-performance acrylic coating specifically formulated to penetrate and seal both porous and non-porous asbestos, cement sheet, and masonry surfaces. Designed for superior surface stabilisation and weatherproofing, it provides a strong foundation for roof coating systems such as NuFlex, TileFlex, and NXT Cool Zone.

Application Guidelines

Do not use high-pressure cleaning or mechanical preparation methods on asbestos surfaces. Pre-treatment with Nu-EcoSafe MossRid is recommended before applying Asbestos Sealer. Apply in cooler weather to allow maximum penetration and binding performance.

For best results, apply by brush or roller to saturation point, ensuring full coverage and optimal surface stabilisation.
