Nutech PaveCoat Spray On – Solvent Based Concrete Sealer

PaveCoat Spray On is a solvent based acrylic sealer developed specifically to provide protection to spray-on decorative finishes against staining, oil and other contaminants. PaveCoat Spray On has also been formulated to reduce efflorescent salts and to minimise softening of new spray-on polymer concrete decorative surfaces.

PaveCoat Spray On contains extra UV blockers to maximise exterior coating durability whilst providing a highly durable surface suitable for pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

Coverage / Spread Rate

4 - 5m²/L

Note: Coverage will depend on the porosity and roughness of the surface. To maximise performance do not over spread.

Recommended Substrates

• Plain and pattern concrete
• Stamped impression concrete
• Slate look concrete
• Spray-on stencilled surfaces

Mixing / Thinning

Stir thoroughly prior to use. No need to thin – Ready for Use.

NOTE: In hot weather conditions, the addition of 10% of Nutech PaveCoat Thinners in the final coat of sealer may reduce surface bubbling.

Provisions

• DO NOT park vehicles on newly applied PaveCoat Spray On for at least 7 days
• DO NOT apply PaveCoat Spray On late in the day as the risk of surface damage caused by dew and condensation increases.
• Sealer affected by moisture loses gloss and may appear milky.
• PaveCoat Spray On contains flammable solvents and suitable safety precautions must be taken during handling and application.
