Sure Seal Ezy-As 1.2.3. is a revolutionary water based formula that is non-flammable and environmentally friendly. It provides a tough and durable finish on porous surfaces and protects against oil and water-based stains.
KEY FEATURES
This easy-to-use, low odour product will not peel, flake off the surface and resists abrasion. It can be used on both interior and exterior surfaces such as pavers, slate, terrazzo, terracotta, sandstone, limestone, concrete and brick.
NOTE: Not Recommended for application on horizontal surfaces in wet areas such as bathroom floors or pool surrounds, as product may become slippery when wet. This water based sealer is not suitable for application on polished/unpolished marble, granite, porcelain or other dense surfaces.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Use as is. Do not dilute. Always test product in an inconspicuous area first to determine suitability for the intended use. If inside, make sure the area is well ventilated. Ensure that the surface and underlying substrate is completely dry, clean and free from any debris. Existing stains must be removed prior to sealant application. Protect any adjacent surfaces to the application area to avoid any overspray. If overspray occurs, wipe off with damp cloth immediately. On newly-laid floors, it is recommended that 24-36 hours lapse before application of the sealer. On smooth surfaces apply by brush or lambs-wool applicator. On rough surfaces apply by brush or roller. Make sure the area is well covered. For best results apply in light even coats. If application is to a vertical surface, a build-up may occur at the bottom of the substrate. If this occurs, dry brush over the area before it dries. Drying time is anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on weather conditions. Because of the varying porosity of surfaces, more coats may be required so repeat the procedure until the desired level of sheen is achieved. Do not apply to damp surfaces and substrates or surfaces and substrates at or below 8°C. Allow to cure for 24 hours during which time the treated area should be kept dry and free from soils. Light foot traffic is possible approximately 4 hours after the area has dried. After sealing driveways, do not drive vehicles on the surface for 48 hours. MAINTENANCE
Clean exterior areas using a garden hose with a pressure nozzle. Clean interior areas by mopping or wiping with a soft cloth or sponge. If oil spills are present, clean the area using a mild detergent and water. Do not use harsh cleaning agents such as abrasive powders, ammonia, acids, bleach, solvents or abrasive scrubbing pads.
Cleanup: Rinse application equipment in water.
