Sikafloor-33 PurCem is a polyurethane/cement coating providing a UV color-stable finish option for the Sikafloor PurCem HB-22 textured heavy-duty system.

• PurCem Accelerator: Required for installation below 20°C (refer to guide in PDS)
• Shelf life: Part A 9 months, Part B 6 months, Part C 6 months, Pigment 9 months
• Storage conditions: Store between +5°C and +30°C
• Appearance and colour: Pigmented coating (refer to Sikafloor PurCem color range chart)
• Density: 1.40 kg/L
• Shore D Hardness: 80 (ASTM-2240)
• Abrasion resistance: 1.57 g (ASTM D 4060)
• Tensile adhesion strength: 1.75 MPa (ASTM D 3441)
• Skid / slip resistance: Conforms to various textures as per P rating AS 4585-2013 
• Chemical resistance: Excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals (refer to PurCem Chemical resistance document).
• Mixing ratio: Mix full 5.2kg kits (A+B+C+Pigment) with correct accelerator amount.
• Consumption: Approx. 1.8 - 2.2 m²/Litre per coat (6.5 - 8.0 m² per 3.71L kit) as a coating for Sikafloor HB-22.
• Ambient air temperature: Do not apply below 10°C or above 30°C
• Relative air humidity: Maximum 85%
• Substrate moisture content: Below 10% surface moisture (refer to Sikafloor HB-22 PurCem TDS)
• Pot Life: 15-20 minutes at 20°C
• Curing time (at 20°C): Foot traffic 24hrs, Vehicular traffic 36 hrs, Full chemical cure 5 days
• Waiting time to overcoating (at 20°C): 16 hrs min / 48 hrs max

Important Considerations:

• Use of Accelerator is necessary below approx. 20°C.
• Protect surface from heavy traffic during commissioning.
• Avoid high levels of acids and chlorines during plant commissioning to prevent staining.

Application Instructions:

Equipment: Centre shafted roller frame (min 350mm width), roller nap length (min 15mm).

Mixing: Condition materials to 18-25°C. Add pigment to Part A (15s), add Part B (30s), add Part C (15s while mixing). Mix for 2 minutes until homogeneous. If needed, add accelerator (30s mix). Use immediately.

Application: Apply evenly with the recommended roller. For textured HB-22, pour in lines, apply with a rubber squeegee, and lay off excess with rollers (at right angles for even distribution). Discard mixing buckets every 3-4 mixes and roller sleeves every 30 minutes at 20°C. Consider a second coat for lighter colors or Broadcast B1 texture.
