NuTech AntiSlip Cast On is a quartz-based anti-slip cast-on additive that significantly increases the friction coefficient of coated surfaces. Available in Fine and Coarse grades, it helps achieve a slip rating of up to P5 or R12, ensuring excellent safety performance under wet and dry conditions. This high-strength additive is designed to be hand-broadcast onto Nutech Paint 2-pack floor coating systems, including EPiC Epoxy 500, EPiC PolyCryl, EPiC AquaFloor, and EPiC Aqua Epoxy.
Off-white to light brown crystals
1 kg covers 2–5 square metres, cast onto the first wet coat
All painted 2-pack surfaces requiring a non-slip textured finish
Preparation:
Identify all areas to have non slip material applied. Prepare surface to be coated with the required Nutech 2 pack system, in accordance with the relevant TDS observing all preparation pre-treatments and dry times.
Mix:
Pre-mix the required Nutech 2 pack system in accordance with the relevant TDS.
Application:
• Apply the first coat of the required Nutech 2 pack system in accordance with the relevant TDS.
• While the first coat is still wet, broadcast the AntiSlip Cast On in 1m square sections at a time, ensuring consistent and even distribution. Allow coating to cure.
• Once the first coat is dry prior top coating, loose or excess AntiSlip Cast On can be removed either by brush and/or vacuum.
• Apply the Nutech 2 pack system top coat in accordance with the relevant TDS to “lock in” the AntiSlip Cast On and allow to fully cure.
Note: When using the coarse grade AntiSlip Cast On, an increased application rate of the top coat will be required due to an increase of the surface area.

Colour Accuracy Disclaimer: We have taken care to display the most accurate visuals of our products. However, we are not responsible for the colour accuracy of the device you are viewing our swatches on. These variations arise due to different computer monitors and devices (make, model and technology, as well as resolution, contrast and brightness control settings) in much the same way a scan will differ from an original image and a colour photocopy. Furthermore, coatings can exhibit variation in perceived colour depending on gloss level and application method. If you require a very specific colour match, please make your selection via actual swatches and colour boards available at our showroom.
Product Disclaimer: Ensure you read all product, technical and safety data sheets prior to application as liability falls on the applicator. All products must be applied in accordance with manufacturer’s recommended method.
