Nutech Fast Seal Clear Acrylic Penetrating Sealer
Fast Seal is a ready for use, solvent based clear acrylic penetrating sealer that has been developed for rapid and economical application to raw, patterned or stencilled concrete surfaces to protect and provide a durable, dust free surface ideal for pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

Provisions:
FastSeal is not recommended for very steep and smooth concrete.
Fast Seal will prevent surface powdering of the concrete, however it will not increase the hardness of old concrete surfaces. Soft or damaged concrete should not be sealed with FastSeal without special surface treatment to stabilise and harden the concrete.

Mixing / Thinning
It is important to ensure good penetration into the concrete on first coat application. Fast Seal is supplied Ready for Use so generally no thinning is needed. To improve surface penetration of the first coat if required, add 5% - 10% Pavecoat Thinners. Stir thoroughly prior to use.
Substrate Note
All surfaces must be clean and in sound condition. Remove all oil, dirt, grease, flaking paint and contamination. Fill cracks and holes in the surface as required. Improperly prepared surfaces may result in coating failure.
