Sikafloor-29 PurCem is a multi-component, water-based polyurethane hybrid mortar offering high impact and mechanical resistance, as well as good resistance to chemicals and wear. It's ideal for coving, detailing, and vertical rendering with Sikafloor PurCem floor systems.

Used as a coving mortar, for detailing, and for vertical rendering in conjunction with Sikafloor PurCem floor systems.

Application Information:

• Mixing ratio: Part A : P : B : C :D = 1 : 0.3 : 1.1 : 1.2 : 13.3 (by weight, full units only)
• Consumption: ~ 2.0 kg/m²/mm
• Layer thickness: 3–9 mm
• Pot Life (at +20 °C): ~ 22–25 minutes

Application Instructions:

Substrate Quality / Pre-treatment: Surface must be clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Pull-off strength should be ≥ 1.5 N/mm². Priming is required (Sikafloor 160/161 or Sikadur 31/33 depending on application).

Mixing: Premix Part A, add pigment, mix. Add Part B, mix. Gradually add Part C & D (aggregate) using a double paddle mixer for at least 2 minutes. Mix full units only.

Application: Apply the mixed mortar onto the primed substrate while the primer is tacky. Compact to the desired thickness and finish with a coving trowel or steel float. Top coats (Sikafloor 31 PurCem) can be applied for a smoother finish.

Cleaning of Equipment: Clean tools with Thinner C immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
