TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
Sure Seal premium Plus Sealer is a water-based, high-performance, premium-grade penetrating sealer that forms an invisible barrier, providing maximum protection for all porous stone surfaces.
Application:
USE AS IS. DO NOT DILUTE. Shake well before use. We recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area first. Ensure the surface is clean and stain-free. Begin application at the highest point of vertical surfaces or one end of horizontal surfaces. Apply Sure Seal premium Plus Sealer with a paint brush, lambswool applicator, pump sprayer, or airless sprayer (60 PSI or less), completely covering the surface. For rough or textured surfaces, a pump or airless sprayer is recommended. Apply one coat evenly, thoroughly saturating the surface. Allow at least 1-2 hours drying time before applying a second coat. Normal drying time on marble or granite is 20-30 minutes; buff before completely dry to remove excess sealer. Buffing is usually not required on very porous surfaces. Allow 24 hours for optimal curing.
Maintenance:
For exterior surfaces, clean with a garden hose and pressure nozzle or pressure washer (maximum 1000 PSI). For interior surfaces, mop or wipe with a soft cloth or sponge and a mild liquid cleaner or water. Avoid harsh cleaning agents (abrasive powders, ammonia, acids, bleach, solvents, abrasive scrubbing pads). Clean equipment with warm or cold water.
