Non-Yellowing, Hard-Wearing Gloss Coating for Concrete
Sikafloor PU is a one-component, non-yellowing, hard-wearing polyurethane gloss coating that contains light absorbers for UV resistance.
Uses:
Sikafloor PU is a hard-wearing sealer for concrete surfaces and can be used as a finish glaze coating for decorative resin finishes like coloured sands or vinyl chip epoxy-based systems. For professional use only.

Shelf life: 10 months in original unopened containers at +5°C to +35°C. Opened cans may last 1-4 weeks depending on conditions.

Application Information:

Consumption: 8-10 m²/Litre per coat. Recommended two coats depending on porosity and surface texture.

Ambient air temperature: Minimum 15°C, Maximum 35°C

Substrate temperature: Minimum 15°C, Maximum 35°C

Curing time (at 20°C):
- Tack-free: 4 hours
- Light traffic: 24 hours
- Full traffic: 3 days
Important Considerations:
- Thinning is not recommended.
- Calculate the quantity needed per coat and pour into a working container. Reseal the original tin immediately. Do not return unused product to the original container.
- Not recommended for areas where cars are parked due to potential tyre staining.
Application Instructions:
Equipment: Short nap roller (6-8mm recommended).
Substrate Quality / Pre-treatment: Concrete should be dry and free of contaminants with all imperfections filled.
Application: Apply evenly with a short nap roller, avoiding over-application. Maintain a continuous wet edge for an even appearance.
Cleaning of Equipment: Clean equipment immediately after use with Sika Colma Cleaner or similar thinners.
