Solutions Sealers Eversol | Thinner For Silacryl & Pavacryl

Eversol is a versatile high performance aromatic hydrocarbon solvent, ideal for use as a thinner for SILACRYL and PAVACRYL. It boasts high solvency power and a mid-range evaporation rate, making it highly effective for various applications.

This powerful solvent not only thins Silacryl and Pavacryl but also serves as an efficient stripper. It effectively removes grease and oil stains, ensuring clean and well-prepared surfaces.

Coverage:

Porous surfaces first coat 4-5 square metres per litre, or denser surfaces 7 and 10 square metres per litre respectively.

Application:

• Apply when surface temperature is between 5 – 35 degrees C.
• On most porous surfaces mix the first coat with 50% Pavacryl or Silacryl to aid in adhesion to the substrate.
• Use a Solutions Sealers applicator, lambswool roller, microfibre or paint brush.
• The first coat only should be thinned with Eversol
• The coats should be applied slowly with no agitation to prevent air bubbles within the coat.
• Apply a wet coat without leaving pools of sealer.
• Seal across the area following the wet line.
• The sealer will tack off approximately 15 minutes and be ready for another coat within 1-2 hours hours.
• Do not allow sealer to contact painted surfaces, plastic, vinyl etc.
• A coat of Eversol can be used on occasion to reactivate existing solvent based topical sealers

Precautions:

• Test product for suitability of sealer on your surface
• Surface temperature to be between 5 and 35 degrees C
• Do not apply sealer outside if rain is expected within 12 hours
• Allow 2 hours before foot traffic
• Tape up or cover areas close to the surface to be sealed
• Uneven or improper application may result in inconsistent performance
• Do not clean with water based chemicals
