  • Do not thin with solvents.
  • Material is a vapour barrier after cure.
  • Not for sealing cracks under hydrostatic pressure at the time of application.

Application Instructions:

Substrate Quality: Mortar and concrete (>28 days) must have adequate strength. Substrate (concrete, masonry, natural stone) must be clean and sound.

Mixing: Pre-mix each component. Proportion equal parts by volume of Component B and Component A into a clean pail. Mix thoroughly for 3 minutes with a Sika paddle at low speed (400-600 rpm) until uniform in colour. Mix only the quantity that can be used within its pot life.

Application: Apply Sikadur-33 to the prepared substrate by trowel or gloved hand, ensuring good contact. For adhesive applications, coat both surfaces and press together (provide temporary support for vertical and overhead applications). Adhesive layer should be ≥ 2 mm. For crack sealing, apply neat mixed material over cracks and around injection ports. For anchoring bolts, grout with neat Sikadur-33.

Cleaning of Equipment: Clean uncured material with Sika Colma Cleaner. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.
