Sand-Free, Zero Bleed Grout for Post-Tensioning Applications
SikaGrout-300 PT AU is a non-shrink (Class A and C), cementitious grout designed for post-tensioning applications. Its unique 2-phase shrinkage compensating mechanism ensures excellent performance in filling and repairing voids within ducts of post-tensioned structures.
Uses:
- Horizontal and vertical grouting of ducts within bonded, post-tensioned structures.
- Grouting and filling or repairing voids within ducts of post-tensioning strands for corrosion protection.
- Grouting with tight clearance requirements.

Application Instructions:
Substrate Quality / Pre-treatment: Ensure ducts are clean and free of debris. Remove contaminants from surfaces. Concrete should be sound and roughened. Surface should be SSD (saturated surface dry) prior to application.
Mixing: Use a colloidal mixer or high speed drill (2500 rpm) with a Sika® jiffy paddle. Mix for approximately 3 minutes. Add 5.4 litres of water per 20kg bag initially, adding up to 6.6 litres to achieve desired flow.
Application: Grout must be used within 60 minutes of mixing. Ensure complete filling of ducts. Experienced, trained technicians are highly recommended for critical elements.
Cleaning of Equipment: Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened/cured material can only be mechanically removed.
