Sika MonoTop-723 N is a high-performance, polymer-modified, cement-based mortar specifically designed as a pore sealer and levelling mortar for concrete surfaces. Meeting Class R3 requirements of EN 1504-3, it's ideal for repairing minor defects and providing a smooth, uniform finish prior to protective coatings. It is approved for use with potable water (AS4020) and has QLD TMR approval.
