NuCourt Pro Coat

NuCourt Pro Coat is a water-based acrylic coating developed specifically for squeegee or brush application to asphalt and concrete sports surfaces.

Used in conjunction with the NuCourt range of products as a complete finishing system, NuCourt Pro Coat will provide a long-lasting, resilient, nonslip surface that meets or exceeds anti-slip ratings outlined in Australian Standards HB198:2014 “Guide Book for Specifiers, Manufacturers and Suppliers” in the application of AS4586 and AS4663.

NuCourt Pro Coat is manufactured in black, white and 6 industry standard colours. For large scale projects, custom tinting is available upon request.

• Excellent protection against bacteria and mould

Provisions:

• NuCourt products cure very slowly, rain may affect the surface up to 5 days after application.
• For surface irregularities less than 20mm, NuCourt Fill Coat is recommended.
• For surface irregularities greater than 20mm in depth, a compatible filler must be used.
• DO NOT apply NuCourt products in hot weather above 30°C.
• In cold weather avoid application under 12°C.

Typical projects include: Exterior and interior sport surfaces, concrete or asphalt surfaces.

Coverage / Spread Rates:

3 m²/L is recommended. Actual coverage rates may vary depending on the type of substrate, texture and porosity.
