Do not use high-pressure cleaning or mechanical preparation methods on asbestos surfaces. Pre-treatment with Nu-EcoSafe MossRid is recommended before applying Asbestos Sealer. Apply in cooler weather to allow maximum penetration and binding performance.

For best results, apply by brush or roller to saturation point, ensuring full coverage and optimal surface stabilisation.
