Nutech Agreseal  High Gloss Exposed Aggregate Sealer Clear 20L

Agreseal is a deep penetrating, solvent based acrylic sealer that provides a glossy wet look to exposed aggregate, repelling water and enhancing the aggregate’s natural colour. Agreseal is a 2 coat system that will protect the surface from most stains such as grease and oil, providing a durable surface ideal for pedestrian and light vehicle traffic.

Provisions

• DO NOT apply Agreseal late in the day as the risk of surface damage caused by dew and condensation increases.
• Sealer affected by moisture loses gloss and clear sealers may appear milky when dry.
• If bubbles appear due to air entrapment during application, scrubbing with a solvent wet broom the next day will repair any damage.
• Soft or damaged surfaces SHOULD NOT be sealed without special surface treatment to stabilise and harden the concrete.
• Before applying Nutech Agreseal to old, existing aggregate surfaces, test for the presence of an existing sealer. Refer Nutech Coatings Test Kit to assess compatibility.

Typical projects include Domestic & Multi Density Residential, Industrial and Commercial applications where exposed aggregate are used and excellent exterior durability is required.

Recommended Substrates

Agreseal should only be used on:

• New or old exposed aggregate concrete surfaces
• Old, pre-coated compatible sealed concrete aggregate surfaces

The surface must be thoroughly dry before applying the first coat.
If the surface is affected by white efflorescence, broom over with clean Pavecoat Thinners to dissolve and dissipate all salts prior to sealing.

Note: DO NOT park vehicles on newly applied Agreseal for at least 7 days.
