Dulux Luxafloor ECO2 - Waterborne Epoxy Floor Coating

Dulux Luxafloor ECO2 is a low-build, waterborne, two-pack epoxy floor coating that provides a durable, hardwearing surface. It is ideal for use in areas subject to foot traffic and is designed as an eco-friendly low VOC floor coating.

Luxafloor ECO2 can also be applied as a slip-resistant finish with the addition of Luxafloor Aggregates. It is available in a range of factory-made and tinted colours, as well as clear. This makes it suitable for a wide variety of commercial and industrial flooring applications.

Luxafloor ECO2 is especially useful in internal floor areas where the odour of conventional epoxy floor coatings prevents their use. Luxafloor Clear Coat may be used directly on concrete or as a protective coat over a Luxafloor ECO2 colour finish.

Uses

Resistance Guide

• Weatherability: Will yellow with time and chalk on exterior exposure (does not affect protective properties). Use a weatherable topcoat if required for appearance.
• Solvents: Good resistance to splash and spillage of aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents and alcohols
• Water: Excellent resistance to fresh and salt water (not suitable for immersion)
• Heat Resistance: Up to 120°C dry heat
• Alkalis: Good resistance to splash and spillage of most common alkalis
• Salts: Excellent resistance to neutral and alkaline salts
• Abrasion: Excellent when fully cured (CS-17 Wheels 120mgs/1000 cycles, Taber Abraser 1000gm load/wheel)
• Acids: Good resistance to splash and spillage of dilute acids
