Solutions Sealers Densify Plus Premium Colloidal Densifier

It is a premium blended potassium silicate sealer combined with a water-based penetrating formula, specifically designed for large commercial applications such as multi-story car parks. This advanced sealer provides exceptional protection and durability for expansive concrete surfaces. The high solids formula of Densify Plus chemically bonds to the substrate, ensuring a robust and long-lasting seal.

As a water-based densifying sealer, it offers a safer and more environmentally friendly application while delivering superior performance. This sealer provides excellent water repellency, keeping your concrete surfaces protected from moisture-related damage. Its invisible finish maintains the natural appearance of the concrete, making it an ideal choice for high-traffic commercial areas.

Colour: Clear

Application:

• Apply when surface temperature is between 5 – 35 degrees C.
• Use a broom, mop, or squeegee to spread the product evenly across the area.
• Saturate the surface without leaving puddles.
• Always remove excess product after 30 minutes.
• For highly porous surfaces, a second coat can be applied after 12 hours.
• Do not allow excess product to dry on the surface.

Coverage:

Approximately 4 square meters per litre per coat, depending on the porosity of the surface.

Precautions:

• Do not hydrate surface before densifying.
• Remove excess sealer after 30 minutes.
• Do not allow excess sealer to dry on surface as it will leave an inconsistent finish.
• Uneven or improper application may result in a patchy appearance.
• Test product for suitability of sealer on your surface.
• Some surfaces may darken.
• Surface temperature to be between 5 and 35 degrees C
• Do not apply sealer outdoors if rain is expected within 12 hours
• Allow 2 hours before foot traffic and 12 hours for vehicular traffic
• Will not resist against hydrostatic pressure or rising damp.
  Will not seal cracks in the surface
