82A Epofix is a fast-curing, two-component epoxy adhesive designed for strong and durable bonding of various materials. It is ideal for precision applications and repairs, with quick strength build-up and excellent adhesion properties.

Applications

• Bonding of porcelain, ceramics, and tiles
• Ideal for use on glass, jewels, and metal
• Suitable for timber and other common materials

Substrates

• Suitable for a variety of porous and non-porous materials
• Substrates must be rigid, clean, dry, and free of dust and grease
• No surface pre-treatment required, but preliminary adhesion tests are recommended

Application Method

• Cut nozzle to the same height and dispense the required amount
• Mix both components thoroughly
• Apply adhesive evenly to one part and press or clamp for at least 10 minutes

Cleaning

• Uncured adhesive: remove using Adhesive Remover 90A
• Cured adhesive: remove mechanically

Shelf life: At least 12 months in unopened packaging when stored in a cool, dry place at +5°C to +25°C.
